Hey, I’m Rebekah. I’m a momma, wife, badass, awkward AF, and reformed engineer, and chronic illness warrior. I currently work from home as a fruits and veggies dealer, blogger, and podcast extraordinaire. I have two little boys, one husband, 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 guinea pigs. It’s never boring around here! I like food, books, podcasts, true crime, and Netflix. I’m my ‘free’ time I am an avid, albeit slow, runner. I even ran a half marathon once! I think I might even do it again!
I also have a tendency to take ridiculously long road trips with my family, and we really like to see new stuff. We also have a penchant to move a lot. We’re on house #4 and state #3 in the past 10 years.

I try to live my healthiest and happiest life while balancing all the mayhem. Mindset is a huge part for me, so you may notice some of my corny jokes and ridiculousness from time to time. I do not apologize!
I am so pumped to be working this podcast with my good friend Adina. Between the two of us, we really have the spectrum covered Chronic illness and pain wise. And yet we’re still fun badasses!
